Ask Wrap

Wrap's AI assistant, what it knows and what it can do for you.

Ask Wrap about your workspace's data, and let it propose what to write back to a customer. Those are two distinct uses of AI, and they are worth keeping apart.

The question box

Open Ask Wrap from the home panel or from the sidebar and ask a question about your workspace's data. It answers in blocks: text, figures, tables and charts.

It reads contacts, companies, conversations and their messages, deals, stages, notes and follow-ups, plus the pipeline, volume, response-time, lost-reason, segment and agent-activity reports. It quotes what the customer actually said rather than paraphrasing it from memory.

The question box never writes on its own. Ask it to save a note or to remind you of something and it proposes one, then creates it when you confirm. Move a deal or edit a contact on the screen that owns it.

And it sees only what you can see. Conversations and contacts you are not entitled to never make it into the answer.

Reply suggestions

In a conversation, the assistant offers one to three replies based on the thread, each labelled with its tone: brief, warm or direct. Pick the one that works, edit it in the composer and send it. None of them sends itself.

If a saved reply matches what the customer is asking, Wrap puts it first in the list and marks it as a saved reply.

Voice-note transcription

Read a customer's voice note without turning the sound on. Wrap transcribes it as soon as it arrives and leaves the text under the audio, so you find it by searching too. If the transcription is missing, generate it again with the button on the bubble.

When it says no

Wrap tells you what the problem is, and each message has its own way out:

  • "This month's AI credits are used up." The workspace's allowance hit 100%. Come back next month, or grow with more seats.
  • "Too many questions in a row." A pace limit, not a budget one. Wait a moment and ask again.
  • "AI isn't configured in this workspace." Talk to your workspace admin to turn it on.

Check how much AI allowance your workspace has left in AI usage. The question box, the suggestions and the transcriptions all draw on the same allowance.
