Suggestions in a conversation

Save a detail, create a deal or move one along, straight from what the customer wrote.

Save the email the customer dropped in the middle of a paragraph without leaving the conversation. Half an hour later nobody remembers that detail; the assistant reads it alongside the contact's record and offers to save what is in the chat and not on the record.

Open the Suggestions panel from the button of the same name, beside Send. The prompts sit there among the reply drafts, in a numbered list: press the number beside a row to fire it.

What it proposes

Apply the prompt that matches what the customer said:

Prompt When it appears
Save email The customer wrote an address that is not on their record
Save phone A phone number that is not on their record
Update name They said what they are actually called
Link company They mentioned where they work
Create deal There is a buying signal worth an opportunity
Move deal An open deal of theirs no longer sits in the right stage

Wrap shows at most four prompts per conversation, and only the customer's own details: the business partner's email they mention in passing does not count.

Nothing applies itself

Press a row and Wrap writes that detail onto the contact's record, through the same route the form uses. The row then reads as saved.

Creating a deal opens the deal form with the title filled in, and moving a deal opens a confirmation first.

The proposed value goes through the same validation as if you had typed it.

They disappear when they stop applying

Trust the list: Wrap checks every prompt against the record before showing it, so it always reflects what is missing right now.

  • An email already on the record never surfaces as a suggestion.
  • One you already applied disappears straight away.
  • If you move or close the deal elsewhere, Wrap retires its prompt.

Moving to Won or Lost

Confirm the move in the dialog and Wrap closes the deal, exactly as dragging the card to that column of the board does. If the target stage is Lost, pick the reason from the list or write your own.

Reply suggestions are a different thing

Use reply suggestions when what you need is text for the customer, under a labelled tone. The ones on this page capture data. See Ask Wrap.
