Companies

Group the contacts from one organisation into a company and keep everyone you talk to there on a single record. It earns its keep when you sell to organisations and talk to three people from the same place.

Details

Fill the record with what identifies the organisation:

• Name, unique within the workspace.
• Domain, acme.com for instance. With it, Wrap suggests the company from a new contact's email.
• Tax id, or another fiscal identifier.
• Custom fields defined by the workspace.

The list

Sort by Most contacts and the organisations where you have the most people come first. Pick Fewest contacts for the reverse order. Search by name or domain, and filter active against archived. Every company carries its name, its domain and how many contacts it has.

The record's tabs

Open Contacts to see the people you talk to at that organisation. The record also carries Details and Notes & activity.

Link each person from their own record, not from the company. The tab lists the people already linked.

Archiving

Archive a company you no longer work with and it leaves the lists without being deleted. Restore it whenever you like. Archive or restore several at once by selecting their rows.

Relationship with Flow

Link the company to a Flow partner and the same organisation stays the same thing in the CRM and in the accounting. See Flow links.
