Saved views

Save the filter combination you use daily and share it with the team.

Save the filter combination you use every day under a name and come back to it in one click, instead of rebuilding it every morning.

You have saved views in two places: the contacts list and the deals board. They work the same way in both, and each keeps its own.

On contacts, a saved view is the same thing as a segment: a compound condition with a name.

What each one stores

Stack the toolbar's filters and the view keeps them all: it is a conjunction, so a record shows up only when it meets every one at once.

On contacts, Wrap stores the stage and the tag, plus the sort. The typed search stays out: it is a question you had at that moment, not a definition of a segment.

On deals, it stores all six axes of the menu: stage, owner, status, source, value and expected close, custom ranges included.

Saving

With the filters applied, open Filters and click Save filters as a view. Give it a name and save.

Wrap leaves the view you just saved selected.

Each name is unique within its list. Repeat one and Wrap tells you.

Private and shared

Share a view with the workspace so the whole team looks at the same slice, or keep it to yourself. You tell yours apart from the shared ones in the picker.

A shared view is how you say "this is what we look at in the Monday meeting" without explaining it every week.

A shared view has no owner: whoever created it is not above anybody else, and any member of the team can adjust it. Give it a name that says what it is for.

Deleting

Delete a view when it stops earning its place. The contacts or deals it showed are untouched, and Wrap reminds you of that when you confirm.
