Funnel

The pipeline's state, what was won and lost, and which channel the money comes from.

Answer in one place the three questions that go together: what you have open, what you closed, and where the money came from. It is Wrap's densest report.

Current state

Start with what you have alive:

  • Open pipeline: the value of every deal that is neither won nor lost.
  • Open deals by stage: how many and how much in each stage.

These figures are about now, not about the period. A pipeline is a snapshot.

Results in the period

Then compare what you closed:

  • Won and lost: won, in count and in value; lost, in count.
  • Created to won: the median days a won deal took from creation. Wrap uses the median rather than the average, because one deal forgotten for six months should not drag the figure for all the others.

Conversion by stage

Find out which stage your deals fall out at. Wrap takes the deals created in the period, counts how many reached each stage, and shows the conversion from the previous stage.

The funnel report's chart, with the conversion from one stage to the next

Read it carefully: it counts deals created in the period. A deal from six months ago that you won yesterday counts under "won", not here.

Revenue by source

Find out which source brings you money and which one brings only questions. Wrap splits the won money by the source the deal recorded when it was created, and gives each source its close rate.

Wrap freezes the source when the deal is created, so editing a contact later does not change this report.
