Flow links

Link a Wrap contact or company to its Flow partner and handle both sides of the same organisation. Wrap knows them by how they write to you; Flow, by how they are billed.

Making the link

Open the contact or company record and search for its partner in the Flow card, by name or by tax id. Pick the right one and they are linked.

If the search comes back empty, create the partner in Flow right there. Wrap creates it with the record's name and tax id, and links it immediately.

What it buys you

• See from Wrap whether this person is already in Flow, and open them there in one click.
• Create a draft invoice in Flow from a won deal, without retyping the customer's details.
• Cross-app references resolve in both directions.

Who can

Link records if you have access to both Wrap and Flow. If you cannot create the link, ask an admin of your workspace for that access.

An admin deletes links. If you need one removed, ask them.

What it does not do

The link does not copy data: it says "these are the same", not "sync yourselves". Wrap still owns its contacts and Flow its partners, and renaming the contact in Wrap does not change the partner.
