Follow-ups
Put a date and a time on what you owe a person, with a note that explains it.
Set a follow-up and Wrap reminds you to come back to a person at the time you give it: "confirm the proposal on Thursday", "call when they are back from the trip".
Create them on the Follow-ups tab of a contact's record. A contact accumulates as many as you need: it is their running to-do list.
What it carries
Give each follow-up its time and its reason:
- Date and time. Pick a shortcut: in three hours, tomorrow or next week. Open the picker for any other moment.
- A note, optional. Write there what you want to read when it comes due.
Where they show up
Look for your pending follow-ups in these places:
- On Wrap's home panel, under Follow-ups.
- On the contact record, while they are pending.
- As a notification when the time arrives.
In the inbox, hit For today and you keep only the conversations carrying one of your own follow-ups, already due. Wrap marks those rows with the pill of the same name.

They are yours, not the team's
Note down whatever you want: a follow-up belongs to whoever set it, and only that person sees it on their dashboard. To hand work to somebody on the team, use Swarm.
Snoozing
Snooze the follow-up when it lands at the wrong moment: with Snooze one day it comes back twenty-four hours later. It stays pending, so Wrap reminds you again when the time comes.
Closing
Mark it done or delete it. Neither one touches the conversation or the contact.
