Reports
Answer seven business questions with one period picker and one set of reading rules.
Answer seven business questions with Wrap's reports. All seven work the same way: one period picker and one export button. Learn one and you can drive them all.
| Report | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Response times | How long do we take to reply? |
| Volume | How many conversations open and close? |
| Funnel | How do deals progress, and where does the money come from? |
| Agent activity | Who is handling how much? |
| Contacts by source | Where do new contacts come from? |
| Lost reasons | Why do we lose? |
| Segments | Which customer groups bring the most? |
Open Reports in the sidebar: all seven hang there. The first is response times, the one the team looks at most.
The period
Pick each report's range: today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, or a custom range.
![]()
The maximum range is 92 days. Pick a longer one and Wrap tells you straight away.
Wrap cuts days in the workspace's time zone, not yours. Two people in different zones see exactly the same report and can discuss it in the same meeting.
Most reports compare against the previous period of the same length and show you the difference.
Exporting
Click Export CSV to download what you are looking at, with the period and filters applied. All seven reports carry it. Use it when the figure has to end up in a spreadsheet or a deck.
What is counted, and what is not
Keep two rules in mind before you compare figures:
- A conversation report counts by when the conversation opened or closed, not by when each message arrived.
- A money report sums the converted value in the base currency, never the raw values of mixed currencies.
Who sees them
By default every member sees the aggregate reports. Agent activity stays with the admins, because it compares named people.
If a report you need is missing, ask the workspace owner or an admin for it. Both permissions are changed in Member permissions.
