Your signature

Write your signature once and Wrap adds it to the bottom of your emails. The signature is yours, not the team's: each person edits their own and nobody edits anyone else's. If you work in several workspaces, you keep a different signature in each.

The two versions

Rich. Give your email signature bold, links, colour and even images. The images travel inside the email, so the customer sees them even when they block remote content.

Plain text. WhatsApp and SMS take no formatting, so Wrap fills that box by converting your rich signature. Edit the conversion when it comes out badly: what you see in that box is exactly what the customer receives.

When it is appended

Turn on Add when replying so Wrap signs your replies. If you turn it off, Wrap keeps the signature stored and appends it to nothing.

Wrap signs email replies by default. On WhatsApp and Instagram the signature starts off: switch it on in the composer for the message that needs it, without coming back to this screen.

Preview

Click Preview to see the signature exactly as the email will carry it, and Edit to go back to writing it.
