The five apps

Open the app that matches what you have in hand, and know what each one does.

Open the app that matches what you have in hand: Nest for the account and the team, Wrap for customers, Swarm for the team's own work, Flow for the books and Zap for content. All five run on one account and one workspace.

Nest

Administer the account, the workspace, the people and the permissions in Nest, and read there the notifications from every app.

Nest has no work of its own: you do not go to Nest to answer a customer or close a task. You go when somebody joins the team, when a permission has to change, or when you want to see what you were told about.

Wrap

Answer your customers from one inbox: Wrap pulls WhatsApp, Instagram, email and web forms together, and behind each conversation it keeps contacts, companies, tags and a deal pipeline.

It is the app for whoever talks to customers all day, and it doubles as a light CRM.

Swarm

Turn a conversation into a task without leaving it: Swarm puts the team chat and the task tracker in one place, where other toolchains use two separate products.

Inside you get conversation channels, direct messages, projects and tasks.

Flow

Run the books and the stock of the business in Flow: catalogue, inventory, sales and purchase invoices, payments, bank reconciliation and point of sale.

It is the largest app in the suite.

Zap

Publish a website's content from Zap: collections, documents, fields, media and a delivery API that the site consumes.

Zap is the suite's headless CMS, and it publishes this documentation.

A workspace can hold several sites, and the site is written into the address next to the workspace: /w/<workspace>/s/<site>/. Switch site in the site picker and Zap takes you to the same screen in the site you picked. Come into Zap without naming a site and you open the workspace's newest one.

Moving between them

Click an app in the vertical rail on the left edge to jump to any app you have access to, inside the same workspace. Every app with something unread carries a count, including the one you are in. Hover an app that carries one and you read its newest unread rows there.

Every address in the suite carries the workspace in it. See Workspaces.

On a phone, open each app at its own address, for instance by tapping its icon if you installed it on your home screen.
