Keyboard shortcuts

The suite's keyboard shortcuts, and what Enter does in each place you type.

Learn these few shortcuts once and they work the same way in all five apps.

Everywhere

Shortcut What it does
⌘K Puts the cursor in the sidebar search
⌘/ Opens and closes the assistant box, in Wrap and Swarm

⌘K is the only shortcut for that search.

On a PC keyboard Ctrl works the same, though the on-screen hint always says .

While writing

Check where you are typing before you press Enter:

Where you are typing Send New line
Swarm chat: channels, direct messages, threads Enter Shift+Enter
A reply to a customer, in Wrap ⌘+Enter Enter
Notes and comments ⌘+Enter Enter

A chat message is one sentence and goes out without thinking. You draft a reply to a customer, and there an Enter at half a sentence is an accident the customer gets to read.

In Swarm chat

Find an old message without leaving the conversation:

Shortcut What it does
⌘F Searches inside the conversation

In Wrap's composer

Press / and the list of saved replies appears; type to filter it, move with and pick with Enter (or Tab). Close it with Esc. Manage your saved replies and their shortcuts in Wrap's settings.

In Wrap's AI suggestions

Press a row's number on the strip to run it: it drops that reply into the composer, or applies that detail to the contact. The numbers only answer while the cursor is outside a text field, so a "2" typed into a reply fires nothing.
