The words the suite uses with a precise meaning.

Workspace. The box that isolates data. Everything you see belongs to the active workspace, and two workspaces never see each other.

Seat. A person's permission to open an app in a workspace, one per person per app. With a seat, the app sits in your rail and its pages open.

Workspace role. Owner, admin or member. It governs people, invitations and access. It never decides anything inside an app.

App role. Member or admin, inside one particular app. An app admin administers the app, never the people.

Channel. In Wrap, a connected account messages arrive on (a WhatsApp number, an email address). In Swarm, a conversation room. They are different things with the same name; context tells them apart.

Conversation. In Wrap, the thread with one contact over one channel.

Identity. A way to reach a contact: an email, a phone, an Instagram account. A contact has several.

The identities block on a contact record: its emails, phones and accounts.

Messaging window. The period during which WhatsApp or Instagram let you write freely to a customer. The customer opens it by writing to you.

Template. A message Meta approved in advance. With the window closed, templates are all you can send.

Broadcast. A bulk send of a template to contacts who gave marketing consent.

Deal. A sales opportunity, with a value and a stage.

Stage. A pipeline column. Stages marked won or lost close the deal the moment it lands in them.

Base currency. The workspace's own currency. Wrap and Flow convert what you record in other currencies into it, so you total and compare in one currency.

Project. In Swarm, a task board with its own columns, its members and its lead.

Thread. A side conversation hanging off a message.

Digest. The nightly round-up of what happened in a channel or a direct conversation. On Swarm's home you find it as Yesterday's summary.

Reference (EER). A citation of a record in another app, shaped eel:app:entity:id. With one you mention a Wrap contact in a Swarm task without copying it.

API key. A credential that acts as the workspace, with the permissions you give it.

Connection. An external app authorized to act as a person. It can never do more than that person.

Credit. The unit that measures your AI usage. One credit is one US cent.
