Members
See who is in the workspace, change their role and decide what each of them can open.
Who can use this? Anyone in the workspace sees the list. Owners and admins change roles and access.
See who is in the active workspace, with what role and on which teams, and decide from here which apps each of them opens.
The table
Find somebody fast: filter by role, sort by name (A–Z or Z–A) or by seniority (newest or oldest) and search by name or email. Nest paginates the list with the total in view, for workspaces where it does not fit on one screen.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Photo and display name. You are flagged with a badge. |
| Role | Owner, Admin or Member. |
| Groups | The teams they belong to. |
| The account address. |
Nest shows two teams per person and gathers the rest into a "+N". Hover it to read them.

The access panel
Open Access and roles, the first item in each row's menu, to change that person's role and the apps they open. The panel has two parts.
Workspace role. Choose Owner, Admin or Member. The role governs people, invitations and access, and nothing else.
Apps. Grant Wrap, Flow, Swarm and Zap one at a time, with three options each: no access, Member or Admin. Nest is not on that list: it is the hub (profile, notifications, workspace switching), and every member opens it.
If somebody is a workspace owner or admin, Nest pins all of their rows to Admin and locks them: that role already grants every app. For those people the panel saves no per-app access.
Save and Nest applies the access exactly as it stands on screen, so switching one app on does not switch the others off by accident.
Nest also enforces two limits and tells you about them on the spot:
- You cannot remove the last owner.
- You cannot demote the last owner.
The rest of the row menu
From the same menu you move somebody between teams or take them out of the workspace.
- Groups: tick or untick teams for that person without opening anything else. The menu stays open, so filing somebody into three teams is one trip.
- Remove from workspace: confirm and the person loses access. What they wrote stays.
Leave workspace
Leave with Leave workspace, the last item in the menu on your own row. An owner only leaves if another owner stays in the workspace.
Adding people
Use Invite by email to send an invitation link, or Add team member to add someone directly when they already have an Eel account.
